Seasonal Gate Tune-Up
Two times a year, Dallas County weather does a number on metal gates. The spring rains swell the posts, then the Texas heat bakes everything dry and the hinges start working loose. A tune-up now costs less than a gate rebuild in August. We check hinges, latch alignment, motor force settings, and give you a written list of what’s wearing down and what can wait.
